 Homes priced up to $499,999 ➡ $7,500 flat fee

Homes priced $500,000 – $1,000,000 ➡ $10,000 flat fee

Homes priced over $1,000,000 ➡ Fee negotiated based on property and scope


Pricing reflects listing side services only. Buyer-broker compensation (if applicable) is determined separately and disclosed clearly.
